I've noticed my DS has tiny red bumps on his belly. It looks like heat rash but it's not hot where we live. High of 72 this week. Our house is never warmer than 72 degrees. I don't over dress him or cover him in blankets. We wash his clothes in a free and clear detergent. I sent a picture to his pediatrician. He said it's suggestive of folliculitis and prescribed an antibiotic ointment. (I haven't picked it up yet). But when I look at other pics of folliculitis it doesn't look like that. It doesn't seem to bother him but it bothers me. He doesn't have it anywhere else. Anyone have something similar happen to their LO? Any suggestions?
